UNIVERSAL FORM
Artist: Parikshit

During Lord Krishna's instructions to
Arjuna, Arjuna inquired if he could see Krishna's Universal Form (Vishvarupa) to show everyone that Krishna was the Supreme
Lord. Lord Krishna then manifested to Arjuna the whole universe in one place. After seeing this powerful form of the Lord,
Arjuna was overcome with awe and reverence. Not only did Arjuna see this form but also Duryodhana and all the warriors on
the Kaurava side. Despite seeing this all-powerful form of Lord Krishna, Duryodhana maintained his desire to fight the Pandavas.
Fools can never understand the mystic potency of the Lord. The Universal Form is mentioned in the eleventh chapter of the
Bhagavad-gita. The Gita can be read in the
beginning of the Bhishma Parva in the Mahabharata.
