Description of: PARTHA SARATHI 2 Artist: Bharadwaja
Dasa
Arjuna faced insurmountable forces on the
opposite side of the Kauravas. Bhishma, Drona, Karna, Kripa, Duryodhana and others were powerful generals in an ocean of warriors.
There was no chance of Arjuna's success. However, when Lord Krishna agreed to drive Arjuna's chariot, He directed
Arjuna to victory over a much superior army. Similarly, we all face insurmountable odds in our struggle for life in this world.
If we put Lord Krishna in the chariot of our minds, we will be victorious over lust, greed, and anger, the powerful inner
enemies. If we keep Lord Krishna in our heart and mind, there will be opulence, victory, extraordinary power and morality
in our lives. The pastimes of Lord Krishna and Arjuna on the battlefield of Kurukshetra are mentioned in the Vedic scripture,
Mahabharata.
